Library Instruction Request Form

A Library session should be scheduled at least two weeks in advance. Classes are 45-50 minutes in length. The Library requires instructors to accompany their students as it has been proven to enhance the effectiveness of instruction. If possible, please attach a copy of your class assignment to the request form. We look forward to working with you and your students.
