DROPOUTS
DEFINITION: "A student who leaves school, for any reason except death, before graduation or completion of a program of studies and without transferring to another school." Facts on File Dictionary of Education
NARROW THE TOPIC:
Should a school's, college's or university's funding be tied to its completion rate (number of students who do not drop out)?
