CREATIONISM vs. EVOLUTION
DEFINITION: "Creationism, the belief that the biblical description of the beginnings of life on earth is literally true…contradicts on of the fundamental tenets of modern biology which theorizes that different forms of life developed gradually over millions of years." Encyclopedia of Social Issues
