In order to enable the reference librarians the ability to serve your students better, it would be helpful for them to have advance notice of assignments that utilize library resources.
Whenever possible, submit this form online at http://ucl.broward.edu/test/laa.htm preferably one week in advance.
The form will also be accepted by FAX (954-201-6490) or by campus mail (Bldg 17/Room 109). This advance notice enables the librarians to ensure that the needed resources are available at the time that your students will need them.
It would also be beneficial if you can provide a copy of your assignment. Finally, consider placing materials that will be heavily used by your students on Reserve. See http://ucl.broward.edu/resmemo.htm for more information.
